Welcome!

My name is Lynn (she/her) and I am licensed as an independent clinical social worker in Washington State, Kansas, and Missouri. With over 15 years of clinical experience, my focus is on understanding individuals within the context of their environment, relationships, and life experiences. My hope is to support and empower my clients on their healing journey as they gain new skills and insight or make desired changes in their lives. 

My approach draws from attachment theory, looking at the way we respond to and show up in important relationships based on how our early needs were responded to. Polyvagal theory also resonates in my practice, with a focus on what’s happening in the body and nervous system, and that our sense of safety, danger, or threat can impact our behavior.

I work with clients seeking healing and relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in working with individuals across the reproductive spectrum- from preconception to postpartum: fertility or family creation challenges, pregnancy, adjustment to parenting, infant bonding and attachment, and grief and loss.
