About Me

Therapy is a collaborative process and it is a privilege to witness your journey of self exploration and change. With support, you can find strength and increase hope to move in new directions and together we will identify goals and create a plan for healing.

I have been licensed as an independent clinical social worker since 2011, previously in Washington D.C. and Virginia, and currently in Washington State, Kansas and Missouri. I have experience working with children and adults in a number of settings. Since 2016, my work has primarily supported those on the reproductive spectrum (preconception to postpartum) experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety symptoms, and family formation involving adoption, assisted reproductive technology or third-party reproduction.

I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, have completed the advanced training of The Art of Holding Perinatal Women in Distress with Karen Kleiman through the Postpartum Stress Center, and am a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s mental health professional group. I am also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance and recognize the power and importance of the mind-body connection.

I use an integrated approach to best fit my client’s needs and am trained in multiple modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Theraplay, Holding Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am committed to ongoing learning and participate in consultation groups with other mental health professionals who specialize in reproductive mental health, are adoption competent, and certified in EMDR.
